Broken down house in Peaceful Meadow...

Does anyone know if that broken down house near Merlin's home is removable? I tried to move it cuz I wanted to put Minnie's house there but you can't remove it when you go into creative mode. Is there a quest down the line or something that makes it into something maybe? If not what the heck, it's kinda an eyesore...

You may be referring to wallee's crop plot. At some point you will unlock it and be able to upgrade it. You should be able to move it at some point.

Yes, it's a Wall-E friendship quest.

It's Wall-e's garden shed, you can move it once you finish his quest
