Bug: The Spirits of Nature ( Frozen Door)

I started the quest just fine.

I gathered 3 craggy rocks and then went to the cooking pot. I saw we need Basil and Oregano. I already had that in my storage so I used it. I made the soup but nothing changed.

Well I went and physically gathered the items. I came back into the world. The quest prompted me to make the soup. Mind you I have one in my inventory from the first go. The issues is I can no longer collect the craggy rocks. So it seems I am stuck forever.

I've tried mining rocks in the world and talking to Anna.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

This happened to me too. Now I just will never progress with Anna until they fix it :(

In the Frozen realm, search for the little rocks on the ground that look like the ones circled in this pic. Dig on those rocks with your shovel. You should be able to gather more craggy rocks that way.
