Lair sweet lair - Bugged?
Trying to pick up the paper and I've gotten the one from Merlin's house but I can't get into anyone else's to get the others. Until I do, I can't really progress with the game as everyone is locked in their homes... except me, Merlin, Ursela and Mother Gothal, what a bunch.

Did you start "The Curse" quest? If so, you have to finish that quest first, as it is the reason everyone else is locked inside their homes.

I must have gotten confused in my head because I thought the Lair sweet lair quest was what I needed in order to release people from their houses...oops.
