Only getting carrot seeds

I'm having a really weird glitch/bug where I literally am only getting carrot seeds. And I mean period, whether I am opening a chest or digging something up or removing roots, I ONLY get carrot seeds, period.

Further, Goofy's stall only has carrots and cabbage available to buy. It's been like this for a good 2 days IRL time for me now. I've even switched computers (loaded up a Cloud save) and still the issue persists.

It's making it impossible for me to advance on a few quests, such as Mickey's picnic quest and Remy's new restaurant quest, as I cannot get wheat or wheat seeds anywhere.

Any ideas on how to get past this?

Found my own solution: by upgrading Goofy's stall in the meadow, it expands his offering and wheat is now offered. Finally!

It's not a bug. Depending on the area, you'll get different seeds. The first 2 areas only gives carrot seed. When you progress further, other area will give other seeds. They are giving you those seeds to help you getting started but you are supposed to upgrade Goofy's stall to progress further with seeds. That's game design, no bug.
