It's strange how Steam didn't prevent them yet?!
1. Look at the trailer the audio is bad and the video quality sucks. If they don't even have the budget for a trailer how can they have a budget for this game?
2. The building placement (cam shaking, sound) is exactly the same as in manor lord coincidence? also that building scene looks like those mobile game ads.
3. Road placement is the same as manor lord coincidence? and how can he place that road with moving his camera at the same time? that makes no sense you wouldn't move the cam to place a road like that.
4. Scene where they build up a wooden construct same as manor lord. coincidence?
5. Then they're showing legit the same combat style like in manor lord. coincidence?
That scene also looks like a mobile game advertisement.
6. It all looks more like a mobile game add. Short scenes, camera movement, gameplay, audio
Viking City Builder is clearly trying to copy manor lord, if you think otherwise you're very lost.
edit: Also why aren't they completing their other 50 games they have released trailers for?
edit: edit: This is exactly like that kid in school who copies your homework and you tell him to change it a bit.

The only way i can understand this is that they want to get a lot of views on youtube to generate some easy money.
That's more or less how it's done. There have been a few small little groups who do this, they also tend to pay smaller artists to make stuff up for them, which will only be seen via advertisement. It's designed for clickbaiting, however, at times they also produce these fake "Content" in order to see if it's popular, if it is, then you might see it become a real thing.
It's all related to advertising and clickbaiting, really.
I'll wait for actual proof before screaming scam when it comes to this game (unlike a lot of people).
Play way is like the biggest publisher in Poland. They aren't stealing anything from you. Might want to check your library, you have one of their biggest games in there, just sayin'. Also, the road placement is identical to Cities: Skylines so quite clearly this game is a copy of that.
This whole list is pretty bad evidence. I'm not saying that viking city builder isn't a scam, I just hope you can see just how bad this list is.
Most of this boils down to you thinking every aspect of a city builder isn't ripped off from past games. Like these things just aren't what make the genre what it is. How many ways do people need to come with for placing buildings and roads? Combat? it's basically the same combat I've been seeing since the 90s. ope, well the screen shakes so obviously it's a scam.
But I totally get it, you don't like the audio. And the video, gross. irrefutable proof right there...jesus.
All I know is that they have a decent catalog of games that people seem to enjoy. Mainly niche stuff like simulators but playable games all the same. My guess is that they're expanding and that's why there are so many games currently under development.
yes, anything that disagrees with you is a paid shill. I'm also a russian bot, a purveyor of republican talking points and a free speech extremist according to the great minds on twitter and reddit.
I still see nothing in this games trailer that i haven't encountered in city/base builders since the 90's. It's all pretty run of the mill stuff. Again, that doesn't mean that the game is or isn't a scam. Just that your reason for it being one are just plain bad.
Mount and Blade Viking Conquest.
Most of the people here are probably so called "paid voices". People paid by the devs to talk only positive about the game.
