I think it is russian but it's just nonsense/random words with a strategically placed word that actually makes sense here and there. If you use a translator app that will listen to audio, it will perfectly get all words but the translation is not gonna make any sense.

At one point I was trying to translate the trailer and the officer actually says "Yes, my clothes is a worm".

I think its Simlish (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simlish), but Russian.

Its mostly Polish but very distorted with eastern slavic suffixes and accent.
Something similar to "Itsa me Mario" but way more complex.

As a speaker of Interslavic, I can assure you that it's not Interslavic. That would've been awesome though!

Apparently it seems to be a mix of Russian, Hungarian, Polish and Serbian languages.
They do not speak one of those in particular, the game has its very own language like a "what if" scenario if Acaristanska was made up of Communists from all these nations, intermarried and over the years created an entirely new culture.

Although personally I find it to have more of a Yugoslavian Milicija (Police) vibe to it.
