boss fight with the bird

i dont know if im the only one who is having this problem or if its just something you have to work around while playing...but i cant fight the bird the way its suppose to be done, because to bee keeps pulling me off the bird before i can even do anything, i cannot go past the shoulders of the bird or under the bird or else the bee take me back to the "balloon"...any thoughts...?

I fought the bird by swinging under it and shooting it from below. I think you may be able to jump and shoot it from above too. I didn't really have an issue with the princess bee being over-zealous in rescuing me. Which stage of the fight are you on?

just after the first time i hit the bird, and everytime i try to even swing under the bird the bee doesnt even let me swing far enough to even hit the bird...idk...i can keep trying...

Usually she's too slow and you end up falling a fair distance before she reaches you. This one's new to me. I guess try aiming your web for the bird's head and zipping over quickly for a shot. Don't walk on the bird's back. If you are at the section of the fight where you have to pull the mech-ant over the bird's back you have to shoot webs from the balloon to near the bird's head to pull the balloon closer.

Late reply, but in case you haven't figured it out yet: in the first phase of the fight you need to use webs for movement but eye lasers for attack. In the second phase, instead, you need to use webs to pull problem and solution close together.
