If the above doesn't happen to help nudge it out to the other side, then also just to be sure, make sure that the gears are still running to keep the platform moving. Likely they are, but I thought it might be worth mentioning just in case.
If the mandibles are not stuck in a wall or something permanently (and not sent through on top of the conveyor, it looks like we can confirm a second/third player that sent them in originally with the laser was able to shoot low to the ground for a while at the entrance and knocked it out the other side (and it seems to have come out "hot and red" (which is good). So depending on if it's stuck on the convener or in a wall etc, it may be possible to knock the rest of the way through with a little persistence and trials. I'm not certain it will work for all situations but just noting it's worth trying to shoot for a while to see if it can be knocked through/free.
Game ending bug.
So I can't say if it was with every example you all provided, but it is possible that you don't know that you need to pull it out.
