Now seriously, he is a healthy dude, who has trained and fought for his whole life. Keeping yourself in shape helps to keep yourself young. Also Japanese people actually don't age at all until around 70 years when they instantly transform into small wrinkly elderly.
But he actually does age, does 0 Kiryu look the same as Kiwami Kiryu? No he doesn´t. At the same time, the Yakuza-Series used a lot of different engines over it´s lifespan. Kiryu looks different in every engine (Compare 3 to 5 to 6). But if you compare Kiwami 2 Kiryu with 6 Kiryu, meaning Kiryu in the same engine but with a difference of 10 years, he actually looks older, not as much every other person wouls age between 38 and 48, but he does look different.

Kiwami 2 Model is basically the exact same model but with less bags around the eyes and less wrinkles.
Not all asian age like this, only small the most asian looking.

Your "truth" is nothing but a demented postmodern narrative born from a confused collective subconscious, making philistines feel like they are so smart and independent and worth more than nothing. And as always, there are enough people to make money of that narrative.
