My tip is to remove her all her starter arrows and replace them with arrow ammo packs from the Forge - they give you a choice of elemental arrows at discounted energy cost, then get shrapnel arrows for their bleed and mark cards with stealth which will up your piercing damage.
Wasn't planning on it, but I used the deer lady tank too, and gave slyvie the weapon that shot her thorns at the start of the turn. because she had so many buffs and it does piercing damage even that was hitting hard. All of my damage was the deers thorns and the archer trucking people.
Focus on that, have a few AoE ranged attacks, and I use the 0 cost upgrade for quick shot (and maybe throw in a few shivs)
Those 0 cost shivs and quick attacks start doing 50-100 damage after a round or two. With AoE options to use the energy with.

Her default setup is literally the best in the game.
Now of course, you could do a synergy thing, sure, make it even better

Naturally some vanish cards to thin the deck. you can do 2 Camos if you want a large Dump card later in the game like Rain of Arrows. She is stupid over powered.
Makes me wish Thuls got some love in the Stealth Department but sadly have to wait till he is level 5 for that.
Sight stacking Sylvie. Not necessarily ranged attacks, but anything that cheaply does piercing and/or multihit. Rapid shot is a favorite. Pierce gets 1.5x sharp perk.
Team support Gustav who occasionally heals but mostly passes sharp to Sylvie and tries to double-cast a ballad of conquest as early as possible. He'll eventually make sharp also affect mind damage, which is great for...
Nezglekt! Sight/resourceful build. Basically just nuke things as soon as you're able with built-up mind visions. Which happens very quickly alongside Sylvie.
Magnus or Bree, basically you do a fast-ish thorns & vitality warrior since they will all have negative piercing res.
Completely unnecessary to be that strong but the combo was great.
All this Sylvie love and she still gets absolutely dominated by a stealth sharp Thuls in AOE or a fury Grukli single target in low/mid Madness.
For perks, you want essentially ranged damage, sharp charges, sight charges (your pet always applies sight every turn, sneak charges, and possibly bleed or poison charges (generally bleed).
Pick items that grant ranged damage or DoTs on hit (Yogger's Cleaver comes to mind as a "free" item you can always get: until your later stages, DoT stacking from items is generally on par with "pure" damage if you have perks on extra stacks), sharp stacks, or maybe one of the rings that double dip debuffs you already apply (bleed to X, or poison to X) and you're golden.
Finally, some of the Legendary artifacts make her utterly broken, especially Tempest, Power Coil and Mirror of Kassandra (understand how to apply the Mirror into your combos, as it can also duplicate Trait Cards. As long as you do not "burn" the copy and your deck is thin enough, is free duplication of either Target Shotting or Double Shot every turn)
