I am mostly a SP ¿do this games worth for it?

Hi I have recntly bought the game, I am very noob but i dont understand at all the combay system my units seem to be very weak compared to the enemy ones in easier and even in tutorial, proably i am mising something . but what?

I am playing in turnbased mode. Is there anyway possible to accelerate the time. I find it going so slow.

When you have 2 units in a stack how do I get to move just unit, every time I try to move one unit both move. Obviously there a key combo but which ones
