I have seen this multiple times when Scanning for a specific resource. After locating it in a different sector in the same region, and travelling there, it is exposed as an additional Mining resource, but appears to be stuck with the Unknown tag. Everything works as expected other than the name. Same version.

This will be fixed in v0.12.0-rc78 (for newly scanned deposits only)
