Mind Control
I haven't unlocked it yet but just wondering if they can be used to brainwash enemies so I can use the 15 brains I've piled up

Mind control allows production of Obey chips, which can be installed in the implant slot for someone with an enemy brain to make them obedient.

It is one of the unknown research nodes that gets revealed when you install Asimov Override Upgrade in your Ship Computer
