How to trigger Eternal Virgin I quest?

I follow the guide, complete all quest before (I have completed the Main quest 'The Great Plan' and found Cleopatra). So, I go to the waterfall in Oasis but there is nothing happens. I have climbed and talk with AHUJA on the mount, but there is no new dialogue. I have bought Enu. Please let me know how to get this quest 'Eternal Virgin'. (Currently My quest have only "Special Delivery").

It should trigger when you get close to the waterfall.

You said you only have the Special Delivery quest active? You should have Eternal Virgin as well. If that quest is not there, it might be a bug. But if it is, you should just approach the waterfall.
