How is it broken? Did your slave run away and you didn't get the achievement?
None of my slaves run away, settings says yes to run away, they are not in chains, 3 of them have 100 i fear factor and 0 i love.

They just stay in the house.

It has a chance to trigger the runaway event. I can't quite remember the values but it's a chance. I'll send this info to the team as well and once we come back from holidays we will take a look at it.

Got more info on this one, it seems after each successful punishment session you have a 30% chance to trigger the runaway event. And of course you need the 80 fear and the slave can't be in chains.
There is a setting of "slaves can't run away" in the main menu.
How does this mechanic work in the game? Does this remove the "Runaway event" altogether or do slaves purchased during this setting being off have the option to run away regardless of the setting being on or off?

Slaves will only runaway if this settings is set to "Yes". If it's set to "No" the mechanic is disabled.
