Can't finish the download

When I start the download it almost finishes but then says there is a poblem with loading on the data carrier.

I already tried it a couple of times. Last time it said that:
An error occurred while starting Error writing to disk: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Slaves of Rome\SlavesOfRome\Binaries\Win64\SlavesOfRome-Win64_Shipping.exe

I would be very thankful if somebody could help me:

Hey, could you answer a few questions?

1. Are you trying to write to an internal drive or an external drive?
2. Do you have AV turned on and have you tried switching this off?
3. Can you verify that your login has permissions to write to the drive? (Probably matters more on external)
4. Have you tried rebooting? (Not shutting down, but legit hitting Restart)
5. Have you tried verifying the game files? (Maybe not an option but take a second to check)
6. If an external drive, can you verify that the drive isn’t full? Are you able to download another game to test if it’s dying?

I deactivated my antivirus and now everything seems to work.
I kind of feel dumb now because i didnt thought about that.
But really thanks to you for helping me and as a litte thanks i gave you some steampoints <3
