I use the pleasing the general daily from the missions board with each slave. This will give them 2 skills points each. Adding the skill points to the left tree increases their value. For some reason, I've noticed that adding them to the right tree decreases their value. Haven't tested on all slaves but I just stopped doing it after I noticed. Not sure if it's a bug or on purpose.
In the pleasing the general downtime, I send them on Mining missions for a full day and they bring back 26 denari each. While I'm waiting for them to come back, I'm usually training another slave just in sex to increase his value and love to 100%. Some slaves based on their personality may fear this so you'll need to have sex with them to bring their fear back down. Then I cycle through that. They go through a lot of food and wine. Still not sure if it kills them if you don't feed them. I'm not game to try.
Once I get them to between 3000 and 4000 value, I sell them and start the process again. Was able to buy both the 10000 and 25000 dungeon upgrade this way.
You just buy food and wine from the vendor outside your house. They will take it from your inventory automatically after that.
