Why lily sucks so hard on the game?

I'm playing lily for the Desire quest ( Corrupted records ) and i used ALMOST 100 respawners, I'm level 65 with the Disorder set and I'm having too much difficulty, no dps almost, no resistances, almost no hps. It's me or is someone else having problem with that character? I think it should get hard buffed.

This is because you dont top up enough money, are your costume fill with brooches or just pathatic 1 socket, or even worst, no costume

I attached as many brooches as possible, 2 piece of outfit are full the others are not, just because i don't have many items to unloack them.
