no one really knows Gards. i'd like to think so but it's looking like they're either done or went deep underground with the next project. either way they finished this game up and went dark.

I hope this game was a sales success, as it has gained a large community.

I think it would be a good time for the Dev to start planning a Night of the Dead 2. I'm sure a lot of people would love to follow the development of this one in early access.

I would happily pay for that one.

they just released a flop of a game that is getting pretty bad reviews I doubt you will see a night of the dead 2. Funny how they are active on that other forum but cannot reply to anything here or from long time community members.

That explains why all of a sudden they are back updating this game they abandoned, had to update it for the Steam sale promo too.

Well if there had asked me about there new project i would have sayed them: dont do it.
This market section is overflooded and u jump in a glas full of phiranhas , u must have really really much luck to get a hit in this game section, because u have so much competition , it makes no sense for me . The most succesfull games from smaller studios/Indies are some Stuff with New unique mechanics and a specific style.

There would have much better chances doing a NOTD2 with a lot of the community wished Features and some improvements. That would already give u a potent playerbase as possible customers, that it makes sense to do it.
