Loot chance increase only increase the addition loot, which also can drop uniques, but only the area loot table, No chance for addition boss uniques.
So it can end up with 3 kills and 9 uniques, one boss unique. Doesn´t mean the boss unique drop rate was 1 of 9, it was 1 of 3. If you only calculate the kills per boss unique its not that bad, but i would say to bad for the kind of mechanik. It feels like a mmo where you run the same dungeon over and over again for the loot. That is not the kind of game i bought few years ago.
Once the team expanded, the game took a nosedive. Goofy content, Kiosks in the world that was destroyed, leaving only you, some Zs, yet have a Kiosks that have items you used to be able to make yourself.
The path beyond Kiosks is apparently the results of the last collection of new devs that somehow never read the memo about what the goal of the game was.
The current release path would be better presented as:
Not NoTD but lots of arbitrary nonsense 2.0
This is the result. The devs are welcome to it.
1.2 is a much better products, IMHO.
Even 1.3 is better than this.
in short
Bosses with higher tiers will drop more unique equipment, but most of them are useless equipment.
