If you get an error when connecting to multiplayer

If you have an unstable connection to Steam or Online Service, your access to multiplayer games will be restricted.
In most cases, the issue will resolve after a period of time.

If you get a specific message(popup), check out the respective solutions depending on the message.

- It is a network error.
1. Please check your network connection (LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.) before starting the game.
2. If you are using Wi-Fi, please check if the same issue occurs after connecting directly to your LAN.

- The connection with Steam is not working well.
1. Please close the game, restart Steam, and then start the game.
2. Restart your computer and then launch the game.
3. Reinstall Steam and run Steam as an administrator.
4. Run the game as an administrator (check the user permissions for the game files in the steamapps folder).

- The connection with online service is not working well. (or Signing in to online service is not working well.)
1. Please make sure the game version is 3.0.0 or higher. Games with lower versions will not be able to play multiplayer.

2. Online services may be temporarily unstable.

i dont have this problem before but today suddenly this happen. the game keep saying invalid ID whenever i click on multiplayer.
1. i run the game through steam and yes my steam is online
2. my internet connection is fine. i was using wifi before today but i never encounter this problem. today after this "invalid ID" trouble, i use LAN and still the same, "invalid ID" shows up whenever i click on multiplayer

I found a solution.
I have this issue when I logged out my Epic Games Launcher account. When I logging in my Epic Games account, the issue disappear. Dont know why I have to login but it works

Já reinstalei steam, jogo, epic, já tentei abrir pelo arquivo na pasta... e simplesmente não funciona... Faz muito sentido do NADA isso acontecer.
Aguardando retorno do e-mail de suporte... O jogo não identifica a steam aberta e conectada... MESMO sendo executado como administrador.

Soo itried all those methods and nothing worked, but what did work was restarting my PC….. 😑
