You need a stash of "cola" drinks. Could be crafted or found in the vending machines around each town.

Even better way is to craft the orange soda from carrots and oranges (they last 12 hours and do not cause any health damage) You get carrots from farm plots (recommend you upgrade them at least one level) and oranges from trees.

In the early game, you can drink rotten cola (For desert) and rotten coffee (For north) which can be found in food area / refrigerator / Drink Selling Machine, to counter the debuff in those area, however they have short time limit (~ 1 hour in game time).

Yet, you can also cook drink which that have longer time.to counter the debuff, but you have to make upgraded farms for the ingredients (Heat: orange + carrot/Cold: pear + red cabbage).

You can also equip equipment with coils plus character's static to access to the ability of Fire/Cold Resistance LV.3 in which make you immune to the debuffs.
