Did as Dilder suggested and that seemed to fix things! Thanks!
Added the following to engine.ini
[SystemSettings]
r.TextureStreaming=True
r.StreamingPoolSize=3096
I don't have this problem so I cannot test to see whether this works or not.
Edit with a text editor C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\LF\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini
[SystemSettings]
r.TextureStreaming=1
r.Streaming.PoolSize=3096

What started the issue was that when i crashed, he saved the game during my crashing point. We thought that might have caused some corruption in the driver settings. Unsure cause we are not that DEEPLY familiar with coding. BUT STEP 5 WORKED so, YEAY!
I am having the same issue, I have tried steps 1-4. I will try step 5 and see!!!
