Change Difficulty Uncheck Organic Repawning.
I think if you build on top of the spawn it should stop it. That's what i do and they don't come back so far
With Natural Objects Respawn unchecked, ore nodes, boulders, small stones, trees, bushes, mushrooms will NOT respawn.
The solution is to check Natural Objects Respawn, so that ore nodes (along with trees, etc) can respawn. Then, to suppress trees from respawning, build directly on the spots where those trees used to be, player modules such as Stairs, Foundations, Floors, Columns, etc.
Natural Objects Respawn click out , i`m almost set up for self ore mining machines now anyway, got a tree farm, grass, etc, i might be good, will see in a few days i could always click it back if i need more ore, but at high lv i love u can mod the drops to more, so makes it worth it to go pick up stuff or scrap the cars makes it close to what u find in a mine
