#1. The normal get personal, where you go and try to reload them manually by getting up close and personal with the trap. VERY DANGEROUS.
#2. Hallways of Reload. You basically make additional hallways that would allow you to reload your traps from that hallway. Usually by use of Metal Tier Protective Fences for ease of access and vision.
#3. From up above. Wherein you make use of Metal Tier Bridges situated above the traps you want to reload.

#4. Down below. Which is a personal innovation I made.. Wherein you use careful placement of things to be able to reload traps from below.

Another option, that I haven't made a video yet, but is sure to work... is to make use of Columns and Cutters/Pendulums as your main traps. Those would also double as your pseudo-Foundations not needing any upgrades.
Out of all the Options, they are also ranked from easiest to "hardest" to setup in my opinion. Hope this helps :)
You're welcome. So far, those are the only means of reloading that I've thought of.. Another one that I didn't actually include is only usable for Normal Mode and below once you have maxed your DemoMan Perk on the Researches. Because this allows you to DEMOLISH and BUILD traps without losing any resource.
So in theory, you just demolish your Traps that has no charge and rebuild them.
