Found weapons.

So far I've found a Katana, a Spiked Baseball Bat, and an AK74U.

Has anybody else found anything neat?
I so far prefer the range on the spear and was wondering if there was a stronger weapon to be found somewhere?

Military crossbow and baseball bat with nails are by far my favorite weapons. I have them both at level 10 and they pretty much own everything.

Skill up engineering and blacksmithing and make the light saber. It's basically strafing god mode. There are a few bosses that are slight pains (the green giants are it, really), but even the bears, butchers, and spiders die without doing appreciable damage to me most of the time. I honestly really only have an AK still for the green giants (they're a joke if you shoot them in the head over and over, as they never get close), rabbits (damn leather) and birds.

There is a crossbow, a crowbar and another rifle, an american one, M4R?

I rather the katana better than the spear, better crowd control. I was trying the bat and is also great, yeah.

theres 2 Rifles, MR16 and the AK74 ... then you have the Katana, Baseball Bat, Crowbar and Crossbow. these are all looted weapons. crafted weapons are the Kukri, Hammer and Lightsaber.

Kukri, Baseball Bat and Crossbow is my loadout of choice. Crossbow for long range surgery, Baseball Bat for running around and the Kukri indoors. i carry the MR16 around to quickly down special zeds.

Hmm....
Well I enjoyed my 5+hours of gameplay, but I think I'm going to uninstall the game and wait half a year for updates before playing again.
You know, making it a fresh experience with more content to enjoy.

The katana is really fast and pretty good at stunning things up. I'm 10 hours in exploring around and I'm starting to get other zombie types attacking. The hordes get more and more intense every night you survive.

Katana is really nice. I don't like the feedback of the baseball bat, but the katana, damn. Slice those Z, cut their head, that's a sweet feeling.

bat makes heads go splat really well :) ... its better out in the open, plus it can stagger multiple zeds with one swing.

i have yet to find the military crossbow, ive only got the normal one you find. wheres the military one at? ive found all the other weapons.

I have all the looted weapons, all I really need now is a decent place to build a second base. My first base is up on a cliff which causes the horde night a pain because they get stuck and if I can't kill them quick enough the numbers just builds up and I get over ran when they all unstuck at same time.

Anyone else set their base in an existing buildings? Do zombies respawn in them?

I have an existing building as base, right outside city towards center of map. Zombies did not spawn inside, atleast until now, and i hope it stays this way. I fortified the building pretty nicely.

I think it is based on the building size too, and location. Like city can be a spawn location. Mine is a small 3 room single level pre-built structure outside of city.

There is only one afaik, if you read the description in the bottom, small letters, says military crossbow.
