The new "Dental Madness: Cavity Mania" Update adds Level Progress Save functionality to our game. For example, if you make it to Level 5 and exit the game the next time you come back you can choose in our User Interface element which Level up to Level 5 you would like to begin with.

We are also working on a new game feature that we think will greatly appeal to modders and creative people who like to customize/level design.
