You kinda answered yourself tbh. You fail to realize, PC Gaming isn't a necessity, It's a privilege. Consoles exist for a reason, Not everyone can afford the privilege of doing specific things in Life. You think I btch and moan because I can't go out and buy a House? I don't, I just swallow the fact that it's physically impossible in this market. Yet you're complaining about a Computer, Something significantly lower cost than a literal Home. If you can't afford to own a PC, Then you should probably be on Console. But if you refuse that, and get a lower end PC, Then don't expect every developer to make Games playable on technological equivalent of a sh1tbox.
I'm sorry if this comes off as rude, But I don't sugarcoat stuff. A person in here said they have 32GBs of ram proudly, Literally anyone with any knowledge on Computers, will tell you. 32GB is not the mandatory requirement for RAM nowadays, A lot of games use a ♥♥♥♥ load of RAM nowadays, compared to 2010 era, Because it adds less strain on other components and frees up more use on GPU's. The mandatory requirement for RAM has been about 64GB for almost a decade now, about 2018-ish, When one of the COD's used like 20GB of RAM alone, You're windows system uses about 3-6GB of RAM as well, You can't run games on 20-25GB of RAM anymore. Give it a few years and the requirement for RAM is gonna be closer to 100+ (Personally I feel like GTA6 is gonna utilize RAM a lot). We're already starting to see it, A lot of games exist nowadays that are called "RAM Heavy", That wasn't even really a common term in the 2010s, But now it is. Developers want to squeeze everything they can out of a System, so that it runs better. This is the end result, Higher RAM requirements, It was a super underutilized piece that is now being used more often.
It doesn’t happen all the time.
Sharpness to 25 fixed it for me but what causes massive issues is the lighting from the torches. The purple ones are literally like I’ve been flash banged.
Hope you can figure out your issues soon!

And the Game runs fine without any problems. I dont understand your problem. My PC components are mostly from 2005 and it runs. I think the problem is you.
But I can see on my GPU stats that it is pulling quite a bit of power from it.
So I'd agree there are some optimization issues, but honestly that is to be expected from an EA title.
