How to get Head Gun ?

I got all of the achievements except Head Gun. Anyone here knows how to get that achievement ?

[Button Eyes]

In the final level, go up to the ceiling and most importantly destroy the hanging cages. 2 head guns will then spawn in separate ledges. You can look up guides on where the ceiling and ledges are.

I can't find them or it don't spawn. I even tried the load the level, but nothing. Or I need to shoot specific cages to spawn the heads?

You need to shoot at some of the cages for them to spawn. And after that you have to go to the 2nd floor and jump on the highest point of ceiling to find them.
