Bad performance on 2070 Super graphics card
No mater what settings I change for this game, no matter what I do, the performance for this game is just BAD for me. Constantly dipping from 60 to 25 fps in any kind of combat situation and just runs terrible.

Try using DGVoodoo2 or DXVK. This game is incredibly busted (Honestly surprised there aren't more posts on this forum discussing how busted it actually is.) DgVoodoo2 worked for me on my 5700XT, even though it ended up capping the framerate at 58. It at least was a constant and stable 58 fps, which is better than the awful base performance.

I have a mid/low range PC. GTX 970, Core i7-4790K and 16 GB DDR 3 ram with a SSD and windows 10 and for me it works fine.

I didn't need to use DGVoodoo2.

The framepacing seems to be busted as hell, that's why the game can cap to 58 fps and whatever else. Absolute garbage work but chances are DXVK should be able to fix it. Be right back.

DXVK seems to work but for some reason there's a giant performance hit. Eh, I'll keep tinkering a bit and refund if it doesn't work out, these developers should really stop releasing anything though.

Edit: The game is running in a borderless window hence bad framepacing.

Okay, got it figured out. Basically DGVoodoo2 is the only way since there is no way of getting rid of the borderless window but with DGV2 that won't cause pacing issues because tldr DirectX 11 is better than DX9. I usually don't like using DGV2 because bugs can happen but in this case it's running nicely and there isn't even a real performance hit.

This won't fix the framepacing in itself however, for that you need Rivatuner Statistic Server too so that you can lock the fps to 60 with it. After that the game should no longer drop to 58.

Now there is one "downside" to using DGV2: the in-game antialiasing won't work because it's not real antialiasing but rather the game is downsampling the game from a higher render resolution. You can get it working again though by setting up 2x and 4x DSR in the Nvidia Control Panel so that your system "knows" those resolutions. You don't have to actually use DSR, the in-game AA setting will just work as intended after doing the NV Control Panel setup.
