Game runs fine on windows 7
God only knows why they need to constantly forget that this is a thing. Anyways, runs like a charm.

Because it's no longer officially supported by Microsoft?

I'm one of those lucky few that can avoid having to deal with the nightmare realm that is windows 10 until 2023

So your videos don't flicker? The intro video, especially? When you first boot up the game and press nothing. Be absolutely honest here.

This would probably run just fine on XP too or perhaps even older systems since its running on Directx8 and that's pretty old api at this point.

I don't think you've understood anything about Windows 10 if you think it's a nightmare realm.
It's extremely simple to update to Windows 10, and Windows 10 does not take that long to make less crazy and wacko.

Also, if you update from Windows 7 to Win 10 like I did, it turns off a lot of the annoying features of Windows 10.

Also, windows 10 now is a lot better than it used to be.

A lot of more obscure games just straight up don't work on windows 10 and never will, and I've heard horror stories of people losing most of their files after moving. So nah not for me yet.

Please do not spread false statements and rumors that don't make sense.

THe second thing you mention makes zero sense. Please do not claim nonsensical things.

The first, well, like I said, nothing about Windows 10 is as bad as it was in the beginning.

You'll almost never find a game that won't work on Windows 10. And even if you do, there are still work arounds. Do you not know about DOSbox? :P

Seriously, never believe the insane rumors about Windows 10.
I use it just fine.
IT doesn't act like you claim.
You will be updating soon, believe me.

This sounds like "it didn't happen to me so it can't possibly happen to anyone"

Retrogaming is extremely hit and miss on windows 10 compared to 7. A quick google will show you a plethora of problems surrounding backwards compatibility.

Don't assume something isn't happening because it's not a widespread common issue.

That completely contradicts everything I've read and learned about Windows 10.

So, that's not how it works at all.

Retrogaming on Windows 10 used to be a nightmare, yes.
Now it works much better.

Don't make excuses to fearmonger Windows 10.

Please do not feed lies to put out a personal agenda. Windows 10 has better compatibility then Windows 7 for games old and new. Just because you do not want to upgrade, for your own reasons, does not mean you should spread lies. And don't you dare link crap from 2015, since launched Windows 10 is a big difference in comparison to 1809 revisions and later.

THank you. Well said.

I knew they weren't being honest.
