I was wondering is this okey to play with keyboard and mouse since i'm not very good with a controller ... arigato gozaimasu ^^

The mouse isn't typically used in the Fighting Games genre, to the extent that Mouse Keys are generally not even able to be mapped in the game settings.
If you absolutely wanted/need to, you could get it to work with 3rd party tools and it wouldn't be a problem for casual PC play.

Keyboard works fine for fighting games - on the condition that your keyboard doesn't suffer from "Ghosting" which is when it only supports a limited number of keys pressed down at the same time - and any key pressed after that isn't registered.

I used to play on keyboard and I highly recommend it! Now I have a mixbox that's 100% keyboard and no arcade buttons so yeah it's pretty good imo

I preffer the PS4 controller, it's less troublesome and you can use it on offline events if those are in PS4 (which they usually are).
