Did anyone figure it out yet?

421c is either extremely rare or there is some other trigger

each number correlates to a direction so 421 means back, down and down back while 214 means down, down back and back.

Numbers are direction. So 421 would be back, down, down-back
It's called numpad notation.

nope, i think to be able trigger streamer mode just spam 421 a or b or c. it's kinda rare and sometime you summoned saber instead. just like gacha but in fighting games
