the game still just looks like 720p upscaled instead of native 1080p
In Under Night you can use nvidia inspector to change the actual render resolution of the backgrounds, you can do the same in Type Lumina but for some reason it blurs the entire screen which makes it pointless.
The sprites from KOFXII and XIII are not 720p, they are 480p, like Guilty Gear XX.
DO NOT CHANGE THE RES TO 1080P
the game WILL slow down to a crawl when Hisui & Kohaku are on screen
