Technically nothing is missable, but if you spread your souls out too thinly when upgrading spirits, it will take a huge amount of grinding to get the achievement for fully maxing out 5 blighted spirits. I would recommend picking out five of them that you like and max them out before you spend souls on spirits you don't care about.

and wouldn't you believe it... this is exactly what I did. I stupidly assumed there would be a trophy for getting all spirits to Level 5 or something. I thought Level 5 was the max level. Now I have to do a 2nd playthrough just for 1 trophy...

I could not have ending B ffoor some reason (have ending A and C) andd for some reason I dont have all relics (the only 2 achievements missing afteer I explored the hell out of everything to exaustion of the game without a guide so.. two missable things)

Talking about "missable":
I literaly have all achievements, but even through extensive search everywhere I could not make this one area to be complete:

I have all relics, everything "collectible" there I collected and used all the possible combination of Verboten Champion + Incompetent Sinner + dash and double jump and made sure to search through literally every single corner of the area and nothing is missing as far as I could see and get to.
Is there something "super secret" that is not a relic that is missable there (but also dont trigger any achievement) or is it just a bug?

Did you go up the middle vertical elevator at the center of the two diagonal elevators?

Doing this takes you up high where you need to use the grapple hook.

Yes, I had went there (up there) with verboten champion, incompetent sinner, double jump and dash using the room external wall on the right (I did not knew about the lever to bring down the elevator) and I did it way before I finished the game.

You can miss out on one ending if you progress to far. I thought it was ending B.

Nope you can't miss it, the Item that unlocks Ending C is a 0 cost relic so if you haven't done Ending B just don't equip it or remove it if you did.
