Help me pls
The truth is that the question is that I bought the game a long time ago and it told me something about a certain pixel shader model 5.0 so I looked a little but I only found it was compatible with some Nvidia GeForce series 500GT and 700GT graphics cards but I also found some links download for the same.
I would like to buy the game but I don't know if I can fix this problem so I want to know if I can solve it since when I saw the game I liked it a lot.
Features: I3 2nd Generation 3.1GHZ, 4GB RAM, 1GB VRam Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT Video Card.
my problem is that at the time of starting the game this problem appeared d3d11-compatible gpu (feature level11.0 ,shader model 5.0) is required to run.
If someone can tell me if I need one of those specific cards or I just have to download it if someone can tell me thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience.

Just have this problem as well. I was already playing the game earlier and when I get back to it now, it is throwing this D3D11 error. My specs is a bit updated so I don't think hardware is the problem. I have also updated my windows and gpu drivers as well. Please help.

The GeForce 9 series cards only support up to DirectX 10, and this game's minimum requirements specify DirectX 11, so it will probably not work on your hardware. There is probably nothing you can do except get a newer video card.

That only shows what version of DirectX you have installed, not what your graphics card supports. Go to the "Display" tab and check "Features Levels:" on the right side, as shown here: https://www.techdue.com/how-to-check-whether-your-graphics-card-supports-directx-12/

Like the above people said, if the game needs DirectX 11, then you'll need a GPU that can support it. For Nvidia that began at the 500 series cards I think. You could look for a more recent card, if you have a 9800 GT, maybe a more recent x50 tier card would do well as an upgrade, or maybe even a 1030 GT might work better, but if your system is really old, it might be worth it to upgrade the whole thing to something more recent, so you don't bottleneck the GPU too much.

Not sure what your budget is like for that though, especially these days since computer parts have been a lot more expensive than they should be, can't speak on pre-builts, but those might be better priced.

Thank you so much

The best you can do is try to trick the game into thinking you have a DX11 compatible card as seen here.[forums.guru3d.com] This has only been tested on Windows 8 but it's worth a shot.

I remember back in 2004 I had to run what was basically a GPU emulator to play Final Fantasy XI. The frame rate and game ran horribly but it was playable. Not sure a fast paced game like this would really be a good choice if it doesn't run well.
