Move and Dismount Will not work ?

Having an issue in the training mission - I am trying to move my vehicle to point "A" then get the troops to dismount then move the troops to point B pause then move again .

I select the vehicle click move to point "A" but the dismount option will not apear ? so no idea how to get them out apart from waiting for the vehicle to get ther and issue new orders but that seems wrong to me . if I select the troops to simply move they jump out before the vehicle starts and the vehicle drives to point "A".

How do you move troops around in vehicles ?

'Dismount' is to get the crew themselves out of the vehicle. For the squad riding inside, you just give a regular movement order - and if they are getting out too quick, then give them a 'pause' order first, and they'll get out after the vehicle stops moving.
