A toggable option to have some nudity pixelation can't hurt I guess as long as it is indeed optional and turned off by default. Also I personally can live without it.
Most important thing is that no scenes should be plain cut for streamers or whoever else, that would be really bad.

I don't understand what the problem is with a censor option, that you can just ignore if you want to keep the nudity in your game. It literally has no impact on you people saying ''no'' to a censor option.
