For those who are beleaguered by throw loops, delayed tech can beat strike & throw on your wake-up and get you back on your feet. Like any answer though, you don't want to overuse it and be predictable.
I hope you get bored playing her soon, and also I hope the general population below low master figures out how to deal with her cheap stuff. And then hopefully everyone else will get bored with her.
I think we're stuck with throw loops though, at least for SF6. I don't think throw loops need to be in this game, but Capcom seems to want them to stay.
We could still have pseudo-loops like Chun has to deal with super defensive players, it just changes the situation a bit so you're less likely to see people go for 5+ throws in a row. Also worth mentioning that it's boring as hell to watch, which is bad marketing for the game.
