Ken absolutely does not need a buff. He's a pretty well rounded character with weaknesses to compensate his strenghts and vice versa.
He's a lot more likely to be nerfed, but I'm more than fine with keeping him as he is.
He's even top pick all around,

- increase gradational damage relative to medal count, on QCF command throws -or- remove scaling throws when used as combo enders
- nerf Medals count system to increase only from EX throws (both QCF and HCB variations) and lv3 supers
- give more priority for HCB command throw over normal throws
- increase i-frames against projectiles on QCF spin (button held)
- give her (a judoka) a counter throw, like 'Gief's DD+MK or Kolin's counters
-Juri gets free meterless damage on triple crouching mp with Fuha stacks
-Ken gets meterless corner carry combos with just command run tatsu
-Jamie gets free meterless combos with rekka moves which increase in damage with drink stacks
i understand what they were going for with hashogeki, but you have to meterburn just to get a follow up on it, and ONLY on the heavy or denjin charged versions (unless it's a DI follow up in the corner, then it's medium)
I think light hashogeki should be a meterless combo extender that leads into 2x standing LP and either heavy shoryu ender or light tatsu ender. as of writing, there isn't really much use for light hashogeki other than baiting jumps with a fake hadoken. (that i know of)
