In my case I've had the most gains simply from not pressing buttons when I'm not supposed to and focusing harder on blocking.
At this level it seems like people get super frustrated when they can't land a hit and do stupid things to try to open you up.
If you can't spot anything, try answering this question -> From your replays, what's the most common scenario in which you get opened up (Wake-up? Cross-up? DR? Pressing buttons at disadvantage? After unsafe enders? etc.). If you can identify that, you can focus on closing that gap in your defense.
IMO, they were both competent players so I can't blame you much. But I noticed you didn't anti air once with Cammy's DP. You also were using Cammy's OD Spin Knuckle as a neutral skip on Marisa, but isn't that move supposed to be used against fireball characters? I thought it was an odd use of the move.
Shamrock gave good tips.
Last thing that I'll leave on the table:
Are you playing to get better or are you just auto-piloting? It's a question that a lot of competitive gamers forget to ask themselves. I recognize that I play the game mainly casually and for fun so I am never too frustrated from a little hump in the road with my ranked play. Maybe that will ultimately help me climb; you can argue that it's the mental block of worrying about imaginary points that stop you from--well, acquiring said "imaginary points".
This, same experience, play patiently and wait for them to do mistakes, people are super adhd in diamond.
