Just meh guest characters. Guess I'll be skipping SF6 for....a year. LMAO. I guess im waiting till 2026.
Please don't try to turn this into a Dragon Ball game, where we've got 10 different versions of Goku and Vegeta hogging all the slots.
I think people have forgotten that every character they add becomes a master for your avatar in World Tour mode.
Unless Sakura has her own unique variations of the Shotokan style, there's not really anything new she can teach us. She'd just be an inferior Ryu clone.
Personally, I would like to see Vega make a reappearance, as he has been one of my favorite characters for a long time. Adding in Sagat to the roster would also be cool.
So make your own. That's the whole point of World Tour mode. :-)
I still hope to see Sakura down the road one day. But I fear that we won't due to her shoto playstyle. Getting these guest characters may start a new trend I fear.
Sagat was my 2nd choice. I certainly can see him coming back down the road.
But again, these characters have to be masters for your avatar.
There's only so many ways you can learn Hadouken, Dragon Uppercut, and whatever that spinny kick move is called.
Ryu and Ken differ from each other in that one of them performs a flaming uppercut, while the other uses lightning. Akuma differs from them in that his Hadouken is purple and can be fired mid air. Also, he has the Raging Demon as a finisher move.
But Sakura? She's just a basic Shotokan user.

I would actually love to see Dan Hibiki be introduced as a master, since we know he tried to open up his own school at some point. Even better, I would love it if his fighting style is actually quite powerful on an Avatar, to emphasize the point that Dan just sucks.
