I'd imagine Capcom would make less money than if you were to buy the game in your region.
I think steam itself stopped or significantly reduced price differences so I don’t know if it’s still valid.
Key resellers also sell keys that are valid in EU & UK only suggesting they can’t be from Brazil or Argentina.
However it’s still hard to tell where they get the keys from and if they harm publishers.
green man gaming might be safer, but i got my key from CDKeys and no problems. I think I've bought one thing from them before as well that I had no issues with.
