Of course, It will do naturally because you are doubling the internal game resolution.

res scaling is for what resolution scaling ..
if the game sets things to 4k you play at 4k if you have an 8k monitor and a 4090 sure go wild I guess

but if you have a 1080p monitor and set it to 200%! aka 1440p, you could just buy an actual 1440p monitor.

Tried other types of antialiasing but seems only TAA is present.

I think they are adding FSR and DLSS in the full game soon...

no but I personally prefer a 120hz 55 in HDR 4K TV but I prefer the home theater PC experience more than a tiny screen bad back and wooden desk, job feel experience.
