No for real it is a video game not a fight for world domination, lol. Self-reflection is the key and I personally like it when the opponent does something I am not used to. You know there is a trainings mode
Be like water, my friend.
Did you land that combo you've been working on? Were you able to react to their DI? Could you defend against their sweeps? Keeping track of that stuff helps me keep calm and have fun instead of getting pissed.
Even considering all that it's still pretty hard to not get pissed.
Do 10 squats, 10 pushups and 30 seconds plank.
If you're somehow still malding, dont play, but watch some of your replays.
Tnx
Just enjoy the game and embrace the loses. Learn what the enemy did exactly over and over that you didn’t have answer for.
What’s your rank?
- Dropping combos? Set a goal to land your training room combo 1 time.
- Trouble blocking? Set a goal to block 1 crossup or use Drive Parry 1 time.
- DI killing you? Set a goal to answer a DI with a DI 1 time.
Setting small goals and achieving them helps to bolster against losing the match. It's tangible proof that you are growing and getting better, far more meaningful than any match result (casual, ranked or really anything outside of a regional/national top 8).
Rank silver-gold
So what you need to do is to kill your ego, accept the fact that you're ass, realize that your opponents didn't just get lucky with some gimmicks and that you need to work to win. Once you truly accept this and put it into practice you'll stop raging.
