I noticed a detail at that time that was, steam does not identify that the game is open.
I recorded this video trying to explain this to support:

Check it out if you are going through the same.
When I open the game using a VPN, steam identifies me as online, but I can't play any matches, as this error disconnects me.
Error: 50708-10005 R3552-AAA-AAA2:BB6
This morning I received a response to a request I made on June 8th. As it is very large I will leave it attached as a link to google docs.
Capcom answer:

I already tried the Firewall, Router Access Ports and antivirus parts, but so far nothing.
Our colleague has already made a post on Reddit saying what he has already done to try to solve it and still has not been successful.
Post Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/StreetFighter/comments/1457t0w/cant_play_online_for_days_only_get_communication/
So in summary, no, I don't have a solution, I've been facing this for 20 days and so far no prospect of improvement. I've even tried messing with the CAPCOM ID, which I don't recommend because there's no relationship.
If anyone has more luck, let us know.
That solved it for me.
Right click the Ethernet icon in the task bar (bottom right) > open network and internet settings > Ethernet > change adapter options > right click your currently used connection > properties > uncheck "Internet protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
And this one?
Press windows and go to Xbox Networking settings. It'll check the connection and if something is wrong, you can press "Fix it" button.
That solved it for me."

So guys, basically I tried all the solutions, and even others I found on the internet like resetting network drivers etc. None of these worked.
BUT, I continued to investigate, in conversation with the OP, we noticed a similarity in our cases, we both bought the game through a Brazilian Keys website, and we are both currently out of the country. With that in mind, I asked a friend who is in Brazil to log into my account and try to play the game, and he managed normally like it was 100% perfect.
Therefore, I think we are having a region lock, which makes sense, because as in the previous post I made, I demonstrated that I could not keep the text ONLINE NO STREET FIGHTER 6 in the steam friends list, but this occurs when I use a VPN for a South American country.
I believe that our problem is this region issue, but the doubt that remains is: Because we were able to play normally until June 6th, which was precisely the day that we had the DDOS attacks on the servers and we ran out of server, and when the server returned, my problem started.
I'm going to contact Steam to understand what I can do about this, but in case you are having this problem, let me know if your case is similar to mine.
This also fixed it for me
