Avatars tend to look really ugly for some reason, I think the cast is all fine, but custom characters are a whole generation uglier.

Blanka doesn't look vicious enough, Manon looks like a big-footed goof, Lily's face is oddly proportioned and she looks like she would fit better in the game as an NPC cheering in the background, and Cammy feels strange because she's kinda a sex symbol type but just comes off as having no sizzle.

The rest look fine to me.
