To cammy mains: How do you deal with juri and manon?
Title. Their moves seem to have huge af priority. How do you approach this matchup?

Try using the light punch/kick buttons more.
Strong punch/kick has higher range and damage, but lower frame speed. Light punch/kick has lower range and damage, but higher frame speed.

As far as I know, there's no priority system in SF6.

I treat Manon basically the same as I treat Gief. Hit and run until I'm able to bait out something I can punish. Start combos with light punch/kick to ensure priority. Spiral Arrow if Manon goes for her jumping twirly kick thing.

Good, Zoning with HK and MK, and use crouch-MK > driverush too.
Most important of all : Holligan crossup or throw.
