Cammy on the other hand, is my 2nd most met character right after Ken.
Thankfully, soon as you hit gold, you see much fewer of them.

She's typically a scrub favorite, just like Juri. Zero skill, thought or effort required, as opposed to your Zangief which requires more effort than regular characters already.

They're respectively top #1 #2 picks in Rookie and top #2 #3 picks in Iron to Gold, before disappearing completely from the top 5 at Plat to Master.

And even Iron to Gold, it's very definetly the lower of these ranks that do the heavy lifting for their ranking.

Just keep playing until you hit Gold and you'll be seeing a much wider variety of characters.
