edit: Is this why world tour is a thing? So that when you have the urge to smash things, you can just go into that and beat people up like crazy to vent? I didn't even think of that until just now.
edit 2: also you don't necessarily need to beat things up. You can go and play with outfits and try playing around in the avatar creation. I also like to do combo trials too, there is a nice "Zen" feeling of just doing a bunch of combos from start to finish and it gives kudos too.
As a fellow Cammy main I used to have the bad habit to always "punish" with CrMK>Spiral Arrow (my go to punish for sweeps in SF5). Not only is it in most cases not optimal, it also not always "punishes", leaving me there with minus 5000 frames after my opponent blocked. I did not even realize that while playing. I only noticed after reviewing my clowing a day later.
I like that, I'm adding that to my quotes
If your plan works, celebrate that, even if you lose the match. It means you're improving.
My favourites are combo trials to practise execution...easily transferrable between 2D and 3D fighting games.
Oh, also just working on basics like consistently anti-airing with a crouching heavy or dp too. For some play sessions I made it my entire goal to land some anti-airs. I didn't even need to watch some of my early replays to know that I was letting people jump in on me for free.
More importantly, watch the replays of the people who beat you.
Better yet, look for replays where your opponent played against someone else who used your character. See how that person beat them and see where you did and didn't do things differently. Watching general matchups is cool, but by watching someone you specifically lost to and seeing how someone else beat them is going to be more relevant to your growth...it's how we did it back when arcades were around. If someone beat me, I'd hang around and see if they pulled the same gimmicks and watch how other people dealt with it.
Obviously keep the data on to see where they were plus and you got frame trapped.
